Resort Policies and Information

• The cabins are priced at 2 people per bedroom, with an additional charge of $30.00 per person, per day.
• RV sites are priced for up to 4 persons per site with additional people at $10.00 per person, per day. Max 6 people/site.
• Campsites are priced for up to 4 persons per site with additional people of $8.00 per person, per day. Max 6 people/site.
• Dock space is subject to availability and is $25.00/day or /$125.00/week.
• Boat launch is $10.00/launch.
• For weekly cabin rentals, a $75 credit can be used towards weekly dock/boat fee. Credit can not be combined on the same fee or rental.
• Check-in is at 4:00 pm Saturdays, checkout at 10:00 am Saturdays. We will be as flexible as possible for short stays during early & late season.
• We require a security deposit of $250 on cabins and $300 on boat rentals.
• Our receipt of your deposits guarantees that space is reserved for you. In the event of a cancellation, deposits are refunded minus a $50.00 fee ONLY if we can re-book your space on the same basis.
• The balance due on your cabin is payable at the time of check-in. You will be expected to pay for the time you reserve whether you stay the entire time or not. Large groups are asked to pay in full one month prior to arrival. This will be refunded only as described above. We are a small business, and cancellations affect us greatly.
• For the privacy and security of all resort guests, visitors must register at the lodge.
• We do allow pets. We ask that you notify us in advance if you are bringing your pet. You are responsible for controlling and cleaning up after your pet. There is an additional charge of $75.00 a week or $15.00 per day for them. If your dog is a barker please do not bring him on vacation at Eagle Ridge.
• All cabins and buildings are non-smoking.
• Out of the respect for all our guests, quiet hours are in effect from 10:30pm – 7:00 am.
• No jet skis allowed.
• Only DNR approved firewood is allowed to be burned (such wood is available at resort).
• All our cabins are equipped with coffee makers, toasters, microwaves, all necessary kitchen utensils, gas or electric ranges, and refrigerator-freezers, and air conditioning. Each cabin also has a fire ring, BBQ grill and picnic table. Bed linens and kitchen towels are provided. Please bring personal towels.
• Our lodge is open daily for snacks, a game of pool, and TV viewing. You can gather for a soft drink and play a game of cards or a board game. A limited food menu is offered. Here you may also purchase souvenirs, Eagle Ridge Resort clothing, bait, tackle, gas, firewood, and limited groceries. A phone is available in the lodge for calling card use.

• Cabins 2, 4, 5, and 7 have cable TV and there is a TV in the lodge for guest use.
